**Position**: HR Administrator
**Location**: Cumbria
**Contract**: 6 Months (Potential for Permanent Position)
**Salary**: Up to £28,000 per annum

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR tasks and projects.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant legislation.
- Assist in organising staff training and development programmes.
- Provide administrative support for performance management processes.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Experience or interest in working within an educational or SEND setting is desirable.
