Accountancy qualification or qualified by experience.

Rates a pay depended on experience.

Main responsibilities:
Accounts receivable - raising invoices, credit notes, monthly statements & allocating payments.

Accounts payable - processing supplier invoices through auto entry, reconciling statements.

Processing supplier payments.

Processing bank receipts & payments from the bank statement daily.

Credit control.

Bank Reconciliation.

Processing fortnightly payroll & Pensions.

Submitting VAT & CIS returns.

Answering phones and supporting sales team.

HR roll up dating holidays, absences etc.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Payroll software: 2 years (preferred)
