Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. We are a builders merchant and haulage contractor operating throughout the North West.

Pay:
Competitive/Negotiable - Depending on experience

Hours:
Negotiable - Full time/Part time

**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
- Assist in bookkeeping using computerised systems such as Sage
- Maintain an organised office environment
- Ensure communication throughout the office is kept to a high standard

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in computerised systems
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with clerical duties and data entry processes
- Knowledge of general office procedures and phone etiquette
