Child and Family Support Worker

In this vital role, you will facilitate therapeutic interventions and support for children and young people within schools. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a passion for promoting emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions and support
- Collaborate with school staff and families to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and monitor progress
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, education, psychology)
- Proven experience working with children or young people in a therapeutic context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
