Job Description:

You will work directly with children and young people, providing coaching and guidance to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience. This role requires:

  • Experience working with children and young people, ideally in a therapeutic setting
  • Strong understanding of child development, mental health, and safeguarding principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust with clients
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures

This fixed-term contract provides a competitive salary range of £24,602 - £26,209 (pro rata for part-time), along with:
