**About the role**:
As Maintenance Assistant at Wings School Cumbria, you will be an integral part of our team who put the children and young people at the heart of everything we do. You will become part of a well-established site team to support the repair & maintenance of the school and its residential homes whilst ensuring the Health & Safety of staff, pupils and visitors.
**About you**:
For this role we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and has experience of working within a school. You will be a hardworking individual with a flexible can-do attitude and have an organised approach. Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to our young people’s lives and by presenting their school in the best possible way.

**About us**:
Wings School Cumbria, part of Kedleston Group Limited, is an independent specialist residential and day school in **Milnthorpe** for children and young people aged between the ages of 9 and 17. We support and care for **children**and **young people** who have identified **social, emotional and mental health **needs. They may also have learning difficulties such as autistic spectrum disorders including **Asperger’s** Syndrome, **Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia,** **Dyspraxia**, moderate **learning difficulties** and other specific learning difficulties.
