Role Overview
This role involves working as an Emotional Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, supporting individuals and communities to improve their mental health and wellbeing. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing, and experience working with vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional health and wellbeing support to individuals and communities
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Contribute to the development of new services and programs
