Employee Compensation Specialist

As a Payroll Assistant, you will also be responsible for collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data, calculate pay raises, shift payments, and overtime compensation, and resolve any issues employees may have with timesheets, payslips, and other payroll matters. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve complex payroll-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries.
