Caregiving Opportunities:

As an Adult Companion Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our adult clients with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

You will work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, assist with household tasks, and record individual visits using client log files.

This rewarding position offers competitive rates of pay, paid mileage, free uniform, and a generous pension scheme.

Estimated salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and title.

We offer flexible working patterns, including morning shifts from 7am to 2pm, afternoon shifts from 3:30pm to 9:30pm, house sits with various pre-planned hours, and split shifts consisting of morning and afternoon work.

Prompt medication as required and maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.

Fully paid induction training, including shadowing shifts with current support workers, and ongoing update training ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
