Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Child Development Specialist to join our team in Milnthorpe, Cumbria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a stimulating environment for the children's educational, personal, and social development.
The salary for this position is up to £27,664 per annum.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the team who put children and young people at the heart of everything.
- Provide support, guidance, and care as a Key Worker for a child or small groups of children.
- Maintain contact with parents/carers of the children and young people.
- Complete sleep ins as required.
Requirements:
* Experience of working within a children's home setting.
* Passion for supporting young people.
* Hold a Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma or equivalent.
