The Role:

As a key member of our Emotional Health and Wellbeing Team, you will contribute to delivering evidence-based interventions, working collaboratively with schools and community partners. Your expertise will help us achieve our goal of enhancing emotional wellbeing among children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans, ensuring tailored support for each client
  • Foster strong relationships with school staff, parents, and carers, maintaining open communication channels
  • Collaborate with other agencies, promoting joint working and coordinating referrals
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, adhering to data protection and safeguarding guidelines
