We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team at HBD Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the MICE market within a designated territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of sales coordinators and executives to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, proactively seeking out new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive bonus scheme, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
