Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the MICE market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local convention bureaus, tourist board offices, and Accor Global Sales representatives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through face-to-face appointments, key events, and tradeshows.
* Create awareness and develop loyalty through familiarisation trips, site visits, and presentations.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong business development skills and ability to build relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
