Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, utilizing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, with a focus on optimizing sales efforts and improving processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role, with a strong background in sales strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
