About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Support Manager to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administration duties, including weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S audit requirements, actively engage workforce in Safety Culture, and maintain and audit database of equipment.">
  • Finance: Deal with procurement needs, assist in price negotiations, and provide accurate reports on spend monthly.">
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, keep records up-to-date, manage Site HR programme, and produce payroll reports monthly.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in administration, preferably finance, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, ability to adapt to new ideas, high standards in the working environment, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize business requirements.
