We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for performing general Administration duties, including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health, Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S audit requirements and actively engage the workforce in Safety Culture.
  • Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, and provide accurate reports on spend monthly.
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, and maintain up-to-date records. Manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and assist the Logistic manager in daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in administration, preferably finance, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly. The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
