About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to sales orders, and working closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order information is communicated.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales order administration, customer service, or a related role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
