About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions.

About the Role

This full-time position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing orders, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage orders and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Prepare quotes for the commercial team using our freight management system.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer enquiries via phone and email to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Commercial team by keeping client and prospect information updated in our CRM system.
  • Assist in generating and submitting monthly reports to ensure accurate reporting at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the freight or shipping industry.
  • Previous use of freight systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity when communicating and inputting data.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, healthcare insurance plan, private medical insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
