Accounting Operations Manager

KPI Recruiting is seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to lead our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of detailed financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum AAT Level 4 qualification, experience in management accounting, and knowledge of Sage 50 accounts. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Main duties include:
- Overseeing and guiding the Accounts Assistant's daily activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
- Prepare detailed management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze variances and provide commentary to highlight key performance metrics and financial trends.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Supervise and review the bank reconciliation process for GBP and Euro accounts, resolving discrepancies.
