Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Finance Coordinator to join our finance team at Instem plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with the production of group financial packs;
  • Supporting audit requests and ensuring quality management standards;
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to various departments;
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across the organization.

We offer a competitive salary package of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Actively studying an accountancy qualification;
  • 2+ years' experience in a financial analysis role;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI;
  • Good technical accounting background and experience in producing statutory accounts under IFRS standards;
  • Desirable: sector experience and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
