Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. This is a permanent opportunity that will involve performing general Administration duties including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR related paperwork.
Key Accountabilities:- Ensure compliance with health and safety audit requirements by actively engaging the workforce in a Safety Culture.
- Maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability.
- Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, and provide accurate reports on spend monthly.
- Work alongside company accountants to manage financial tasks.
- Record site banked hours, including administration of overtime and keeping records up-to-date.
- Manage and update Site HR programme, ensuring all files are kept current.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in daily activities, including writing letters and taking notes during meetings.
- Produce payroll reports monthly.
- Three years of experience in administration, preferably in finance.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
- High standards expected in the working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to prioritise business requirements.
- 20 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
