As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.
Job Description
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing general administration duties, including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager and other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining systems and processes, dealing with supplier and invoice enquiries, and providing accurate reports on spend monthly.
- Dealing with procurement needs, including assisting in price negotiations and working alongside company accountants.
- Recording site banked hours, administering overtime, and keeping records up to date. Managing and updating Site HR programme, ensuring all files are kept up to date, and assisting the Logistics Manager in daily activities.
