Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Support Officer to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks, including completing weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork. Your strong analytical skills and excellent Excel abilities will enable you to provide accurate reports on spend monthly and collaborate effectively with company accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complete weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork
* Maintain systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
* Provide accurate reports on spend monthly
* Collaborate with company accountants to ensure seamless financial operations
* Record site banked hours and administer overtime records

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in administration or finance
* Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new ideas
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
