Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Stone, Staffordshire. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including finance, HR, and logistics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining health and safety compliance and actively engaging workforce in safety culture
  • Dealing with supplier and invoice enquiries, and assisting in price negotiations
  • Providing accurate reports on spend monthly, working alongside company accountants
  • Recording site-banked hours, administering overtime, and ensuring records are up-to-date

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in administration, preferably in finance
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly
  • High standards in the working environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
