We are recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team in the North Chilterns to Aylesbury Area. Our client is a joint venture that brings together international expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, supporting the delivery of railway networks across Europe. As a Health and Wellbeing Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and assisting with Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote and assist with both Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns
  • Foster relationships with onsite operational teams and supply chain to monitor and drive SHW Performance
  • Complete Site Safety Inspections for all activities and proactively seek trends or anomalies within the inspections

You will be working closely with the SHW Manager to advise on common trends and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We Offer

Our client offers a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional development.
