Care Activities Specialist

At NHS care homes, we're seeking a skilled Care Activities Specialist to create engaging programmes that promote the wellbeing and independence of our residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and communication skills, with experience in designing activities for diverse groups.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Engagement Coordinator, where you'll be responsible for developing and implementing activities that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents. You'll work closely with colleagues to create a stimulating environment that supports their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging activities that promote resident wellbeing and independence
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement programmes that cater to resident needs
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure activities meet resident expectations
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic pay, you'll receive a range of benefits, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing tools, and retail discounts.
