Job Title: Health and Safety Expert

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety, and Wellbeing professional to join our team in Morson Talent's North Chilterns to Aylesbury Area.

Main Objectives
  • Promote and support both Corporate and Local Health, Safety, and Wellbeing initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with onsite operational teams and the supply chain to drive Health, Safety, and Wellbeing performance
  • Conduct thorough Site Safety Inspections and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with operational site teams to monitor and address audit/inspection findings and investigations
About the Role
  • Hold a minimum NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Achieve TechIOSH status or higher
  • Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Excel in communication and engagement skills
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing practices
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle

Morson Talent's client is a leading player in the civil engineering and construction industry, combining international expertise with local knowledge.

This position requires working closely with a dedicated team of safety professionals, under the guidance of the HSW Manager, to ensure safe delivery of our section of works on the high-speed project.

Estimated Salary: £62,500 per annum
