Job Title:

Administrative Specialist

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide support to various teams within Revlon by performing general administration duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence. You will also assist in the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Health, Safety, and Compliance team in maintaining audit requirements and engaging the workforce in Safety Culture.
  • Manage and maintain the database of equipment to ensure serviceability.
  • Provide accurate reports on spend monthly.
  • Assist in procurement needs, including price negotiations.
  • Record site-banked hours and administer overtime.
  • Manage and update the Site HR program.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in finance.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
