In this role, you will be responsible for delivering compensation transformation initiatives across the EMEA region, working closely with Regional Total Reward Lead and CSS Compensation Administration.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in regional/global compensation, with a solid understanding of all facets of compensation design and delivery. They should be familiar with common compensation tools and programs, such as cyclical merit program management, off-cycle reviews, STIs, LTIs, etc. A degree in a related field and compensation certification(s) are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Regional Total Reward Lead in managing and strategically directing the Compensation function on a pan-European basis
• Develop and maintain working relationships between HEU, CSS Compensation Administration, and Group Entity customers to ensure effective delivery of annual compensation cycle (Merit / STI / LTI) and survey submissions across EMEA
• Focus on compensation delivery and transformation of market role pricing and survey benchmarking, working with CSS Compensation Administration and business stakeholders as needed
• Drive cultural change across HEU, partnering with key stakeholders to support transition to compensation ranges that underpin regional compensation philosophy
• Partner with Regional Total Reward Lead to project manage compensation compliance and regulatory requirements, including data analysis and insights
• Develop positive working relationships and be seen as a trusted business partner to support compensation-based discussions with HR Business Partners, line managers, and customers
• Oversee management of relationships with Compensation partners, including third-party supplier management
• Support Budgeting/Compensation accrual requests from Finance
• Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for all compensation-based queries
What We Offer:
We offer a market-competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a generous holiday entitlement with an option to buy up to an additional 5 days per year, a Holiday Banking scheme allowing you to bank untaken holiday to use another year, Group Personal Pension, Private Medical Insurance with self-funded option to cover family members, Employee Assistance Programme available to all employees, Cycle To Work scheme, Gym Membership, and Dental Insurance with option to include dependent children.
