Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our in-house payroll team at Addleshaw Goddard.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our staff are fairly compensated and benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.

About the Role:

This role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and proven experience in payroll processing.

The Team:

You will be part of the HR Operations Team, specifically Payroll, led by the Payroll Manager with support from four Payroll Specialists and one Payroll Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salaries.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Required Profile:Essentials:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing.
  • Ability to manually calculate a payslip.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience of global payrolls.
  • Experience of Workday HR and Payroll.
  • Experience of PSA.
  • Experience working on implementations/projects.
What We Offer:
