Job Title: Executive Compensation Strategist

About the Role:
Drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report and collaborating with external advisors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in external remuneration reporting. This involves collating all necessary data for inclusion in the report, including calculation of the CEO pay ratio, and obtaining sign-off from auditors.

Main Responsibilities:
Developing a first-class executive reward strategy for the international business, working closely with the Exec Reward Manager. This includes establishing a reporting framework and process to provide regular updates and information to the Remuneration Committee on remuneration practices in the wider workforce. Additionally, preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee, across all aspects of the executive remuneration cycle, and being responsible for obtaining input and approval from internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and Corporate Governance Code. Strong planning and project management skills, with great attention to detail. Commercially aware, with the ability to think strategically, operationally, and pragmatically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust style to audience and demonstrate gravitas and credibility. Good working knowledge of Excel.

Benefits:
The salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, there is 65% bonus potential. The company also offers competitive benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
