Job Role:

RGH-Global Ltd invites applications for an Office Operations Specialist to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, communicating with clients, and collaborating with other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the admin department and assist with office operations.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email and phone calls.
  • Work closely with Accounts and Sales departments to coordinate tasks and projects.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing and following up on paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain strong organisational and planning skills to meet deadlines.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • A hybrid working option available after passing probation (1-2 days per week).
