Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join its team in Sandwich. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the payroll process by inputting timesheets for operatives
  • Process circa 700+ operative timesheets to meet payroll deadlines
  • Chase missing timesheets, annual leave forms, and sickness forms
  • Resolve queries with timesheets, working with colleagues and managers
  • Maintain spreadsheets and utilise SAGE accounting software

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need related experience or understanding, SAGE knowledge and experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and accuracy and attention to detail.
