We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Advisor to join our team in Staffordshire. As a key member of our QHSE function, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and seamless delivery of QHSE support across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

">
  • Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organisational and government standards.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide QHSE training and guidance to employees, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain positive relationships with local communities, environmental groups, and other stakeholders affected by our environmental performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of QHSE initiatives to drive business growth and sustainability.

Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in QHSE or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Estimated salary range based on location (£40,000 - £50,000 per annum in UK).
