Administrative Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team at Revlon. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for performing general administration duties, including completing weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Health, Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S audit requirements and actively engage workforce in Safety Culture.
- Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, provide accurate reports on spend monthly, and work alongside company accountants.
- HR: Record site banked hours, manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and assist the Logistics manager in daily activities.
**Requirements:**
- 3 years experience in administration preferably finance.
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills required.
- Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
