About the Job: As a Senior Administrator, you will oversee general administrative tasks, including cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork. You will engage with suppliers, negotiate prices, and provide detailed spend reports.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Compliance standards are met
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain database accuracy
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes
  • Manage financial tasks and reports

You will collaborate with company accountants to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration or finance
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with company culture and values
