**About the Job:**

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to perform general administration duties, including completing weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Health, Safety and Compliance: Maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability and actively engage workforce in Safety Culture.
  • Finance: Provide accurate reports on spend monthly and deal with supplier and invoice enquiries.
  • HR: Assist the Logistics manager in daily activities, record site banked hours, and keep accurate records of site employees.

**Requirements:**

  • 3 years experience in administration preferably finance.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.

**Estimated Salary:** £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.

**Location:** Stone, Staffordshire (UK Warehouse).
