We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive based at our Stonebranch location. As part of our busy team within the truck and trailer business, you will focus on providing high-quality customer service.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Effectively managing fleet operations and administration at the branch
  • Coordinating MOT test schedules and maintenance programmes
  • Organizing vehicle deliveries and collections to customers and branches
  • General administration duties

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A confident communication style with excellent telephone manner
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency in PC software with ability to adapt to various tasks
  • The capacity to work well under pressure

All candidates must demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK. A clean driving license is highly desirable. While prior experience in asset rental, distribution, or transport is advantageous, it is not essential.
