Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team at Revlon. This role will be responsible for performing general administration duties, including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

Main Responsibilities:
* Health, Safety, and Compliance: Comply with H&S audit requirements, actively engage workforce in Safety Culture, maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability, and maintain systems and processes.
* Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, provide accurate reports on spend monthly, and work alongside company accountants.
* HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and produce payroll reports monthly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 years experience in administration preferably finance
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required
* Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly
* High standards in the working environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritise business requirements
* Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within the teams.
