Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Administrator to join our team at Revlon. The successful candidate will have experience in administration, preferably finance, and excellent communication skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Health, Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety audit requirements.
  • Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, as well as procurement needs.
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in administration preferably finance.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
  • High standards expected in working environment.
Our Benefits Package
  • $42,000 - $52,000 per year salary (dependent on experience).
  • 20 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
