Senior Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for performing general Administration duties, including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Finance: Provide accurate reports on spend monthly, deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, and assist in price negotiations.
- HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, and maintain up-to-date records. Assist the Logistic manager in daily activities, write letters, take notes, and perform general admin tasks.
- General Duties: Answer phones, take messages, provide site inductions for those required, and maintain systems and processes.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in administration, preferably finance
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly
- To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment
The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
