We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Salary: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

As part of your role, you will work closely with our residents, their families and other members of the care team to understand their needs and preferences.

You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that promotes social interaction, physical activity and cognitive stimulation.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, education)
