Job Title: Care Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Programme Coordinator at Crooton Ltd. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables the delivery of exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Location: Stone, Staffordshire, ST15 8SQ

Hours: 21 hours per week / Days

Salary: £12,040 per hour

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with residents, their families, and staff to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability. Your organisational skills and driven mindset will ensure the smooth execution of programmes focused on maximising wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
