Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Revlon. As an ideal candidate, you will have 3 years of administration experience, preferably in finance, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general Administration duties including the completion of weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork. You will also be required to deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in procurement needs, and provide accurate reports on spend monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Comply with H&S audit requirements, actively engage workforce in Safety Culture, maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability, and maintain systems and processes.
  • Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, provide accurate reports on spend monthly, and work alongside company accountants.
  • HR:
    • Record site banked hours, administer overtime, and keep records up to date and displayed in a prominent place on a weekly basis.
    • Manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and ensure all files are kept up to date.
    • Assist the Logistics manager in daily activities, including writing letters, taking notes in meetings, and general admin tasks.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • 3 years experience in administration, preferably finance.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
  • To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise business requirements.
  • Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within the teams.

Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
