We're looking for a skilled Senior Office Assistant to perform general administration duties, including completing weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of administration experience, preferably in finance, and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Comply with H&S audit requirements, engage workforce in Safety Culture, maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability.
  • Finance: Dealing with Supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, provide accurate reports on spend monthly.
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, keep records up to date, display in a prominent place on a weekly basis.
