Job Title: Accounts Specialist

Location: Stone, Staffordshire (UK Warehouse)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist to join our team in a permanent opportunity.

About the Role:

This position involves performing general administration duties, including completing weekly cost capture spreadsheets and HR-related paperwork.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with the workforce to promote a safety culture
  • Audit and maintain equipment database
  • Oversee financial transactions, including supplier and invoice inquiries
  • Provide accurate spend reports monthly
  • Work closely with accountants to ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage and update site HR programs
  • Keep accurate records of employees and maintain up-to-date files
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in administration, preferably finance
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new ideas
  • High standards of professionalism and communication
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of company culture and values
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
