Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the Logistics Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S audit requirements, actively engage workforce in Safety Culture, maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability, and maintain systems and processes.
  • Finance: Deal with supplier and invoice enquiries, assist in price negotiations, provide accurate reports on spend monthly, and work alongside company accountants.
  • HR: Record site banked hours, administer overtime, manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and produce payroll reports monthly.
Requirements
  • 3 years experience in administration preferably finance
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills required
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly
  • To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise business requirements
  • Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within the teams

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
