As a Support Services Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the logistics and operations of our UK warehouse in Stone, Staffordshire. You will be responsible for managing administration duties, dealing with supplier enquiries, and assisting in procurement needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Maintain and audit database of equipment to ensure serviceability, maintain systems and processes, and comply with H&S audit requirements.
  • Finance: Assist in price negotiations, provide accurate reports on spend monthly, and work alongside company accountants.
  • HR:
    • Record site banked hours, administer overtime, and keep records up to date and displayed in a prominent place on a weekly basis.
    • Manage and update Site HR programme, keep accurate records of site employees, and ensure all files are kept up to date.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • 3 years experience in administration, preferably finance.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas and learn quickly.
  • To have an expectation of high standards in the working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise business requirements.
  • Understands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within the teams.
