**What is the role?**

As a Service Coordinator within our ranks, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of the gas sector while advancing your own professional journey.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct Service Co-ordination responsibilities for the service account sectors including but not limited to Chromatography, LGT, Emissions and Products.
- Schedule activity for Service Engineers whilst considering the geographical location in order to enhance schedule utilisation.
- Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure access to site is available and all necessary paperwork has been provided.
- Ensure all required parts for the service/repair visits are available prior to booking in the works.
- Undertake general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, answering phone lines, booking meetings or raising Purchase/Sales Orders
- Prepare documentation for quotations and service contracts ensuring that all invoicing coincide with the Purchase Orders

**Requirements**:

- Administrative Experience
- Computer Literate

The salary banding for this role is **£24,000 **and is based on an applicants Skills, Training and Competence.
