Spa Reservations Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Reservations Coordinator to join the team at Moddershall Oaks.

Your main job purpose is to contribute to the achievement of defined sales targets by answering in-bound telephone calls, making reservations, up-selling and tailoring packages to suit guest requirements.
You would make sure that bookings are correctly added to the system using detail and precision to ensure that nothing is missed and payments are made accurately.
- Experience working in a sales role
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service, ideally on the phone
- Experience working to and achieving targets and deadlines

**Hours: 40 per week, including every-other-weekend, over a 2-week rolling rota**
**Salary: From £25,000 plus bonuses of £1-3k OTE**
